My daughter dropped her phone in pond which had KJVS on it. How do I transfer this to new iPhone?

Just load Mantis on it and put her user name in under Tools, Options, User Name. If her purchases do not show up automatically, just email support and we'll reset the user name for you.

I can't load Mantis on her phone, I bought the KJVS and put it on my phone and her phone. On her new phone it won't let me sync it through itunes so I had to delete it on her computer. I tried to download it again on her computer under my username and it wants to charge me again for it.
What do you mean her user name? I have one but she doesn't.

If she didn't purchase KJVS from our web site, then you're right -- she may not have a user name.

If she purchased KJVS from the Apple App Store (as a branded version "Mantis: KJVS Bible Study") and she never registered with our web site, then she just needs to "purchase" the title again from the Apple App Store like she did the first time. As long as you are logged into the same iTunes account, Apple will not charge you again. It LOOKS like you're going to get charged, but when you click to purchase, it says "You already purchased this title, would you like to download it again for free?"

Now this will work just fine, but we highly recommend you create a user name on our web site and put your user name into your device. If you do that, our server will keep track of your purchases and save you this hassle. Had she created a user name, she'd just need to put that user name back into Mantis and it would have automatically figured out that she bought the KJVS from the App Store. It would have marked it as "Ready to Download" automatically and she'd be all set. This makes it easier, because you don't even have to remember what you bought. The server will take care of everything for you. (This will work if you upgrade to an iPad, too!)

Okay, just so I understand all this and you too:
I'm the only one who purchased KJVS(my daughter didn't), but I get two phones to put this on.
I installed it on my phone and my daughters under one license.
She lost her phone.
Now I want to put it back on her phone.
So, that actually would be 3 phones I would have this installed on.
I can go ahead and download KJVS in Apple Store under my username and password and it won't charge me again?
Then I set up on my phone and hers an account through you and type that into our phones to register with you?

You should email support about this -- how you want to set things up. There are different ways to do this depending on what your needs are.
