Using NASS. When I click on a a word with Strongs number then click on Usage the words are in blue which I would expect to be a hyperlink that would take me to all the places that word is used, but the blue words are not hyperlinks. Are they supposed to be?

No, that's normal. The "Usage" link does not show where the words are used -- we don't have that info in the data file.
