System Restore

Simple question.
My 2 year old deleted Mantis from my device. Fortunately I had backed this up, and should have my notes,etc saved. But bonehead that I am I cannot figure out how to restore this!
Can someone please let me know how to restore my saved information.

If you backed up your bookmarks and notes using the "Backup" button in the bookmarks or notes screen of Mantis, just reload Mantis and select "Backup" from the notes screen, then "Restore ALL".
