where r the color maps?

In the NIV Study Notes there are supposed to be a number of "FULL COLORED MAPS". Can you please direct me to them?

Where does it say this? There are no maps that I'm aware of. As a matter of fact, we don't even have the NIV Study Bible yet -- just the plain NIV.
