Hilighter Tool does not position correctly

If you turn on the hilight bar in portrait mode and then switch to landscape it disappears. You have to double click the screen twice to get it back in position.

If you then switch back to portrait mode, the hilight bar is in the middle of the screen.

If you have the hilight bar on and then double click the screen to turn all the options off, the hilight bar remains but doesn't set itself on the bottom (in portrait mode.)

I was hoping this would be remedied in the latest version but it was not.

I was hoping this would have been remedied in the recent update as well, hopefully in the next update.

I think that's to accommodate the triangle guide on the bottom corners.
