I just upgraded from an iphone 3G to the iphone 4. I can successfully back up everything on the old one, but I can't restore to the new one. When I click on Restore ALL, I get the warning and after clicking on Restore the warning goes away and nothing else happens. What's wrong?

Backups are stored on a per-device basis. Just email our support department, and we'll copy your backup file from your old device to your new one, then you can restore on the new device.
