Thanks. We'll be fixing those and many others that were missed in an update.
(There is no 1 Cor 8:39, though.)

Noticed that on the iPhone NIV version 4.0.0 that all Romans verse links are not working. Are these also none bugs that are part of a future bug fix?

Hello. I updated to 4.1.0 but still noticed the broken NIV links for Romans. Is this fix still coming in a future release?

This fix is coming, but it's independent of software versions. You will not need to wait for 4.2.0 (or any other version) to get the fix -- instead you'll just delete the NIV and re-download it. We will post on the home page when the fix is ready.
