This is a very common problem that is easily resolved. Because you got a new iPhone, our server doesn't know who you are! All you need to do is this: go into Mantis on the new iPhone, tap Tools, Options, User Name, and put in your user name and password, then tap Done at the top. This will register your new iPhone with our server, so all your prior purchases will show up as "Ready to Download". If this doesn't work for you immediately, then your user name may need to be reset at the server. Just email our support department and we'll be happy to do that for you. |
