In my version of Mantis for the Iphone ESV, the text for proverbs 17, 21-28 is missing.

The text is not missing. Rather, this is a rare bug with some older versions of Mantis where the second block of verses does not load. Restarting the app (or better yet, rebooting the phone) fixes this.
