I have just purchased Strongs to use with KJV and NRSV, but the Strongs dictionary does not appear when I use the verse analyse/dictionary tool. Help!

The item you purchased, SCRF (Strongs Cross Reference) is not a strongs dictionary. Please read the page that describes the product:

You have to already have purchased a bible with strongs in order for the SCRF to work. It will show up inside the strongs and works great. Awesome feature.
