Where can I find NIV 4.7.1 to down load, friend has NIV 4.6.0 on touch, don't want 4.8.0 per your update.

You can purchase the NIV from our web site here: https://MantisBible.com/item.aspx?ID=NIV Alternatively, you can purchase the NIV from inside the app through in-app purchase. Just locate it in the bookshelf screen and tap "Buy Now" to purchase it with your iTunes account.
