All you need to do is to put your user name into both of your devices. Just tap Tools, Options, User Name and put in your user name and password, then tap Done at the top right.
If all your purchases don't automatically show up as "Ready to Download" then email support and we'll help you out.
To download a voice, just go to the bookshelf screen (the screen where you see the list of available Bibles) and tap "Media" at the bottom of the screen. That's where the voices will show up, and if you've purchased one, it should show up as "Ready to Download" where you can tap to download it. |
