When this dialog box is displayed there is no way to cancel it. Clicking outside the dialog apparently defaults to jump to this verse.

Can you explain exactly what you mean here? I don't understand "Analyze Jump Bookmark Cancel."

Sorry. There is a dialog that pops up when you are doing an in-line view and click on the source tag. That dialog box looks similar to:

Analyze Verse
Jump To Verse
Bookmark Verse

What seems to be missing, is a way to dismiss this dialog without taking action. If I click outside of the dialog (on the original text) it apparently defaults to the "Jump to Verse" action.

On my iPhone and my iPad, the dialog says:

Bookmark this Verse
Analyze this Verse
Jump to this Verse
Cancel

You tap "Cancel" to exit the menu without taking action.

That is NOT the case with my iPad running 4.9.4. I can send a screenshot if desired. It appears as though the dialog box is not showing all the buttons on my version as the bottom button is slighty truncated, which in my case is not a cancel button rather a jump to verse button.

Ah, you're right. I was on the iPhone, not on the iPad. Apple API must operate differently on the iPad -- we will fix this in an update. Thanks.
