You should contact support about this so we can help you directly. It would be helpful to know what version of the NASS you are using now (4.6.0?) A quick first step is to reboot your device. Just hold down the top button and home buttons, and keep holding both buttons until the Apple logo appears, then release both buttons. As a second step, you may want to back up any bookmarks and notes, then delete the app and reinstall it. That'll usually fix odd problems such as this. |
