KJV shows installed but will not display

I have the ipad2 with 64g mem and plenty left. Just loaded mantis nasb that was supposed to include KJV. However when attempting to switch to the KJV version get blank and when I try to compare verses the "show" button is grey and will not display.

Sounds like you got a bad KJV installation. Just swipe your finger over the KJV item in the list of Bibles, then delete it. Then download it again. That should fix it.

When I swipe and uninstall it does not actually remove it and I cannot reload. Please advise

You may have a corrupt installation. The best solution is to back up your data (bookmarks and notes, etc.) using the Backup button in the bookmarks screen, then delete Mantis from your device and reload it from the App Store icon.

I deleted and reinstalled. Still no kjv. Any ideas?

The KJV comes with every copy of Mantis that's available, so it's not really possible to have Mantis without the KJV. If you have really deleted Mantis entirely from your device, then downloaded it again from the App Store, and the KJV does not show up as soon as you install, then you have a defective device, and may need to contact Apple.

With all due respect that sounds a bit absurd given a new device that has had no issues of any kind with any download, app, books etc. After 3 tries of downloading the app, it still will not display KJV, although I can get it to list the books, it's just that no text displays. Also when performing a search in the KJV, it returns no results on words that are known to be contained in the text.
