Thanks for this great app.

Please consider making a global note "just read" when selected and add an edit button to edit or move the global note. Then consider recognizing verse references in global notes as links that could be expanded in place and then followed, similar to non-global notes. It would be nice to have global notes on topics make references to and tie together a number of related verses.

This has been in our developments plans for a long time. Unfortunately, we've been busy fixing bugs related to the iOS4 update, so it's been pushed back. It's coming, though.

Perhaps bookmarks and notes could all be combined in one folder tree structure with "show bookmarks", "show global notes", "show verse notes" options. Folder options could select how much of a verse or note (full, or number of lines max) is displayed in the folder.

That's sort of what we have in the works, although we're not combining bookmarks and notes. We've discussed this, but at this time, both bookmarks and notes are being used extensively. We'll probably do a tree structure for both of them.

I can understand future versions needing to be compatible with what has already been implemented and heavily used. I was throwing out ideas you have probably already given a lot of thought to. I mainly would like something that lets me expand/follow verse references in global notes in a full screen "reading" mode with editing/moving being selected separately in some way. And also, having the option to expand all verses in a bookmark folder would be nice.
