Hi, version 4.0 looks realy realy great. Good Job! But still have one proposal: Currently when reading the NIV I have no chance to see if behind the * is hidden a footnote or a cross reference (and there are many of them). Generally I want mostly to read all footnotes but not all cross references. Maybe you can use "*" for footnotes and a ⁺ for CROSS references (or a "°")? Also an option to turn of displaying cross references, but not footnotes would be great. Greetings, Tobias

I was thinking the about same thing and thought that even if the color of the "*" was just different for notes versus cross references.
