I recently purchased the NETP (Net Premium) which is supposed to include 60,000 notes but I cannot find them. The translation appears, just not thenotes. What am I doing wrong??? Thanks!!!

Notes appear as asterisks * inside the text. If you're not seeing them, you have them toggled off. Just tap Tools, then tap the asterisk * button to toggle them back on.
