I use bookmarks to prepare and deliver Bible studies and sermons, when I make a list of bookmarks they appear in their Biblical order according to the books of the Bible.
I would like to be able to order them as I wish to use the verses in my study.

That's not possible at this time, but you can go into Tools, Options and choose to order the bookmarks by the date you entered them.

We'll look into allowing you to sort bookmarks in a future update.
