Hi, when will the update allowing footnote links be coming out? I see this as an integral part of bible reading and was very disappointed when I learned v4 didn't support this.

I'm not sure what you're taking about here. Can you please elaborate?

In the NIV and ESV there is no footnote support. I.e. when you press the asterisk nothing happens.

Apologise, only the NIV footnotes don't work. Will this be rectified?

There should be no problem with the notes. You probably just have them toggled off. If you tap Tools, then tap the (*) asterisk button on the toolbar, you can turn these items on or off at will.

In the niv version, when I have the asterisks turned on, they do nothing when I press them.

If tapping on asterisks doesn't do anything, you should delete the NIV and download it again. Just go to the bookshelf screen, swipe your finger over the NIV entry, and tap "delete" to delete it. Then tap to download it again.
