Hello, how do you transfer your bookmarks from your iPhone to you iPad. Also, can I transfer them to my wife iPhone too?

I would like to know when it will be possible to keep all iOS devices in sync so that it does not matter which device you use they are all up to date with the information whether it be notes, reading plan or bookmarks.

yeah, iCloud dude! All my bookmarks and even the bookmarks bar are synced across my Macs, iPad and iPhone without me even doing anything.
