Just bought my iPhone today and I my purchases don't show up. I entered in my user name for my touch. That didn't work. I sent 2 emails to tech support today. Please help me.

Tech support did not receive any emails from you, but I've notified them of the problem. You might try using the "Contact Us" page here on the web site to see if that gets through.
