I'm having trouble purchasing Ryan from Media section in Mantis. Checks for apple then ok to purchase from apple app store, black screen says working, then kicks back to ok to purchase without auth.

There are 2 other things you could try. Instead of purchasing from the bookshelf, try purchasing right from the "speech" screen. (Tap Tools, then tap the speaker icon, then tap the name button (it probably says "None" for you right now) then select Ryan.) You should be prompted to purchase at that point.

I have had this problem to. I tried to purchase the Nelson Study Bible via the app and it kicks back. I know I can purchase here, which I am about to, but thought you should know more than one person is experiencing this problem.

Yes, it's happening with only certain items, and it's strange. We're trying to figure out what the problem is.

Any more luck in I-tune purchases for Ryan. Still no confirm to purchase, just kicks back to item screen. Do you accept I-tune payment instead of bank cards on your webs site?

We're not sure what the issue is with purchasing Ryan via in-app-purchase, as he is set up just like all the other voices. We can't accept iTunes payment on our web site -- that is for Apple only. We do accept all major credit cards plus Paypal.

We are working on a new release of Mantis -- we'll look into doing an orientation lock in that version.

Purchased Ryan this morning from website. It shows "has not shipped". When will it be sent to my iphone?

There is never any "shipping" really -- that's just part of the shopping cart software we use.

Items are available for download immediately after purchase. Just make sure you go into Mantis on your device, tap Tools, Options, User Name, and put in your MantisBible.com user name and password. Once you do this, any purchases will automatically show up as "Ready to Download"

Voices show up in the bookshelf screen under the "Media" tab.
