I have recently purchased both NKJV and Message versions of Iphone software and have tried to analyze verse feature. I have two icons on my screen. If I click on the NKJV version, then I am able to analyze both NKJV and KJV, but cannot see the message version. The same is true if I am using the Message icon regarding not being able to see the NKJV. I watched a video online and can see that it is possible to see all purchased versions, but it does not work currently. Any advice on how to merge all purchased versions?

It sounds like you have both the 3.1.0 version and the 4.0.0 version on your phone. You can delete the 3.1.0 version and just keep the 4 version. Once you go into the 4.0 version, you should be able to download everything you have purchased into that version. Everything should automatically show up as "Ready to Download". If it doesn't, email our support and we'll fix it for you post-haste.
