Just found your app, and it looks likes it just what I have been looking for. Just one more thing to push it over the edge,

Is it possible to add my own Bible Reading Plan. At the moment I'll probably use the 1 year Bible, but I would love the option to input my own (then i can use my own variation on the BCP liturgy).

I'd love to be able to select different reading plans, and/or have the ability to customize them, as well. The calendar loads the RP01 plan. I wonder if there is an RP02, RP03, etc. plan that can be downloaded?

I found 4 more (RP02 - RP05), but it would also be great to be able to add / customise your own

Other apps have an "integration" feature. When you select the reading of the day all the passages are called up. Then you can flip through your readings. Right now, it's pretty difficult going back and forth from the reading plan to your passages. It would also nice to have a "catch up" feature with the reading plans. That way if you miss a couple of days you're not off for the rest of the year.

currently there are 7 reading plans you can download for free, RP01 to RP07. Available in different formats: RP05 = one year thru the Bible covers daily ; Old Testament, New Testament, Psalms, Proverbs. RP02 = chronological order of events happening thru-out the Bibles timeline.

you can then go into (tools) , (options) , (open reading plan to) then choose (unread)

With unread choice, you can read two or three in a row or a one day or skip a day or two, and not loose your place.

If you have purchased extra Bibles and Commentaries, while your in (options) check out (build your own study bible) I have 18 Bibles and 11 commentaries. I turn off the ones I don't use often and put Bible (before) and Commentary (after), then when you touch the verse #, less will show up faster.

Then go to (inline display options) and turn on (boxed) that way you will know what you have opened. if you open MHC and get tired of dragging your finger, touch the top of the screen or shake the device and it will close the opened Bibles and Commentaries.

Then go to (margins) and it will let you push it to the edges of the screen. It starts at 10.0, I set my droid to 4, 2, 2, 2. it uses more of the screen. do a double tap in the reading screen and it blows out full. double tap to close.

Mark has great video you came learn from!!!

Reading plans are one of the most infuriating features of L4 for me personally. I want to have tight control over the creation of the plans, but alas, it does not allow for it.

You might be able to create a personal book that would work. I think if you fake out Logos by putting each chapter on its own "page", you could create the reading plan you want. I have not messed around with this much because I prefer to do my reading on my iPad and personal books don't work on mobile yet.
