I've used the backup feature on iPhone version of Mantis 4.8.1 and have tried to restore onto iPad but nothing happens (also 4.8.1). Would really like to pull across all notes and highlights. Tried local server option but could not connect to iPad, iPhone worked fine but notice only the notes were available.

At this time, all backups are stored on a per-device basis. So you'll need to contact support and ask to have your iPhone backup file copied to your iPad. Then you'll be able to restore everything on your iPad.

We are working on a future version of Mantis now that will automatically sync data back and forth between all your devices.

Thank you for the reply. I entered a support ticket over a week ago and received no reply thus the reason for this post. I'll give it another try.

Any time you do not receive a response with a day (usually much less) you should ether email support again, or use the Contact Us page here on the web site. Usually, it means your message got caught in our spam filters and we never got it.
