I have recently gotten a iPhone 4 and installed Mantis Bible App and have signed in to the App but all my purchases are not showing. Only one of my Bibles ever show ready to download. Any ideas?

If you've already put your user name into Mantis under Tools, Options, User Name, and the items are not showing up, you may have hit the limit of 4 devices on one account. Just email support and we'll review your account and reset one of the devices if necessary.
