I purchased the asv bible through the app and was charged to my credit card through apple. I am signed in on the app correctly and updated the app internal - the bible does not appear in the available to download section.
What to do?? i emailed the support a few times but no one is responding to me...

We responded to this, but somehow you didn't get the message. Maybe check your spam folder -- sometimes mail gets caught up there.

You can just go through the purchase process again, the exact same way you did it the first time. Apple will not charge you again if you're doing the exact same purchase (and you're logged into the same iTunes account.)
