Bug trying to file a memorize note

I'm using v4.9.5 on iOS 4.2.1 on an iPhone 4. I just reinstalled the app and restored my notes. I click Memorize to add a verse to the Memorize list. I can see it does get added. I then try to edit it to move it to another folder. The only option I get is Notes. So I select that. I then have to kill the app and restart it in order to be able to file it in the proper subfolder under the Memorize folder.
