cannot get new purchase to open

I have been using the NASS for about 4 months and am really enjoying it.
Thank you for the great apps you create.

I added the NKJ to get 4.0 and all were working fine, until I decided to purchase the NETP from the App Store on March 17th.

I have tried dozens of times and I cannot get the NETP to open just the one time I need in order to consolidate all the apps together.
I have deleted and reloaded 6 times, tried rebooting, nothing happens! It goes to the splash screen then the spinner and simply goes back to the desktop.

I have a very good cable connection and have not had any download problems to date, so I do not think that the file can be corrupt. Unless the corruption is on Apple's side?

I had the same problem tonight. I purchased the NETP (4.0.0) from the Apple Store (Order: MG9HYGjV81) and couldn't get it to open. I did the same things; delete, reinstall, reboot, etc., but with now results. I was, however, able to load the free 4.0.0 version with the KJV, and it worked fine, even to the point of checking the green checkmark and establishing my account here. I've sent 2 messages through the Apple Store, but saw this post and hope you can help me get this resolved more easily and quickly.

Wow I am having the same problem, my NASS and ESV work great but the NETP has yet to open once after numerous attempts. I submitted a letter to support so we'll see what happens...

There may be a problem with the NETP file in the App Store, so if this happens to you, just email us at support and we'll take care of it for you.
