Hello, I sent this to your support e-mail with no response. I tried to buy the Theological Wordbook bundle but Paypal give me this message:

The link you have used to enter the PayPal system contains an incorrectly formatted item amount.

Is there a way around this?

There appears to be a bug with certain transactions in Paypal. It may be related to bundle products (since the TWOT is offered in a bundle.)

You can try purchasing just the TWOT or the TWOS module and then contact support and we'll put the other one on your account manually.

Our support department responds to each and every email, so if you have not received a response, we didn't get your message for some reason. Maybe try using the Support / Contact Us page. Also, check your spam folder -- our return messages may have ended up in your spam folder by mistake.

The Internet can be very frustrating some times!

Thanks as always. I spoke up in part because I figured you might be losing some sales on Paypal for that. For every one person who speaks up...there's 10 who don't---sort of thing.
