It would be useful to have access to verses referenced in global notes. As far as I understood the only way to open a global note is to 'edit' it. But this mode does not support links to verses.
Would it be possible to tap on the citations to open them?

Or maybe it's me not able to use the new feature in 4.1....

That's a known limitation in the 4.1.0 version. We're working on a way to get the verse references to work in global notes, though.

I also second this idea!

Much more convenient if global notes can be improved: able to click & go to verses directly, better UI for viewing global notes, and allowing us to upload and download global notes to and from the website....!

I think that one way to solve this will also make the notes a little easier to use - When in the notes screen (not at the verse level) make all the notes (global and associated) open for review and/or editing with the option to go to the verse it is attached to.
