I think the beta Notes Editor is a great idea. I take a lot of notes and it would be great to be able to export all notes into a .txt or .csv file. This can be used as an "extra" backup of our notes and can also be used to view our notes on our computer while offline. Thanks!

I don't have any use for the .csv file, but the .txt file is simple enough. I just copy all my notes from the editor, and paste it into a notepad and save it as My Mantis Notes.

I would really like to see the ability to export notes. I would do more sermon work in Mantis.

You can export notes now. Just run the Backup process, then grab them from our web site under My Account / My Notes Editor.

In 4.6.0, you can even grab them directly from your device from any web browser on the local network. At the bottom of the Backup screen, there's a Local Server option. You turn that on, then just visit the web address it displays on the screen from any computer on your network.
