The item you purchased, SCRF (Strongs Cross Reference) is not a strongs dictionary. Please read the page that describes the product: https://MantisBible.com/item.aspx?ID=SCRF

You have to already have purchased a bible with strongs in order for the SCRF to work. It will show up inside the strongs and works great. Awesome feature.
