Romanian accented characters not visible

Hello, I was delighted to find the Romanian bible for download but its usability is very limited since the t with cedilla and s with cedilla are substituted with something odd. I do have the Romanian keyboard enabled on my iPod Touch ver 2.2.1 (and can enter those characters in a text field so it surprises me the Mantis cannot display them. Is there any solution? Thanks, John
