I briefly looked at and tested the notes editor thinking that perhaps it would provide the means to combine bookmarks and notes in a folder. I couldn't find a way to do that. Does anyone know if this is possible. I would like to be able to open a topic-based folder, e.g. Election and see all of my bookmarks and notes on election without remembering which scripture contains a note on the subject. Bookmarks cannot be edited online at this time like the notes can, but we will be adding that feature.

I look forward to combining bookmarks and notes, but now I no longer use the bookmarks- I use the notes for everything. It's not as convenient as just picking the bookmark button, but then you have to make sure you are in the correct folder anyway. With the notes I can "bookmark" a range directly in a notes folder or from the passage. In notes I can review the verse or verses (because I can put in a range) and I can quickly jump to that spot in the bible if necessary by selecting the bible version shown. Now I would just like a way to migrate all my bookmarks to the notes folders.

I think that combining notes and bookmarks could have at least the following advantages. First, I could keep notes under the bookmark url itself, rather than having to create a non-linked folder for each url in notes. Secondly, I could use the automatic folder/url sort function. Third, I wouldn't have to switch back and forth between bookmarks and notes when I want to take notes on a particular webpage.
