When Mantis releases a new version of a Bible, am I able to upgrade to the new release for free?

You sure are, but as of right now it is an ongoing saga over the free version of 4.0 - Apple has been sitting on this for months now and everybody is barely hanging on to their patience & love at this point ;) The developers at this point have said that if you are planning on buying one of the bundles that are already approved with 4.0 then go ahead otherwise we're playing the waiting game right now. Sorry Hilton
