I think there is something not working in the italian bible:
- it is not searchable (well... it is, but it consistently gives no results)
- notes are not backup-able (even though there is a message saying that they were succeffully backed up)

None of our non-English Bibles can be searched at this point. We're working on that, though.

Notes should back up with no problem -- it should not matter which Bible you're using when you make notes.

Regarding the notes, I've tried inserting notes in various texts (english, greek, latin and hebrew), and they all get nicely backed up. But no matter how many notes I put in the italian translation, they are not backed up.

How are you determining whether something is "backed up" or not? If you are looking for notes in the online "My Notes Editor" this is not an indication that something has been backed up. The "My Notes Editor" is still in a beta form, and as such, needs to be updated as we add new Bible texts. At this time, it's out of date and doesn't include the newer texts.

The result is this: your notes ARE being backed up, you just can't see them in the notes editor yet.

I found a couple of mistakes, usually missing words/sentences in the italian traslation (eg the 2nd part of the verse is missing in 1Co 1:31 ).
If you want I could send you a file with an italian translation that should be with fewer mistakes.
