Is it possible to create a widget that could pull our notes from your program and apply them to another, such as Logos for the Mac? And, vice versa? I really don't want to have to duplicate my notes added to either, but I would love to have them available on both.

We do not have a widget, but we do have a web application in beta that allows you to edit your notes on the web. Just go to our web site, log in, and click on My Account / My Notes Editor.
