I saw that your AppStore page is talking about 4.2.0 (and new features) but there's no update notification and and the App version below the name is still 4.1.0... Any info about that ? Thanks. http://itunes.apple.com/WebObjects/MZStore.woa/wa/viewArtist?id=286041917

We have submitted it to Apple, but it has not been released yet. As soon as they approve it, it will show up as an update in the App Store.

Any word on 4.2 yet? How long does it usually take for itunes to approve something?

No idea. It can take a week, or it can take many weeks. No word yet, though.
