I've been using Mantis Bible Study for some time now on my iPod Touch. Very recently, I purchased an iPhone which has replaced my iPod.

I backed up my Notes/Bookmarks from my old iPod and logged into the Mantis website to confirm that my Backup was successful - it was. When I synced my new iPhone with my iTunes on my PC all of my apps were installed to my new iPhone (including M.B.S. v4.1.0) just as expected.

My issue is... I then ran Restore on my new iPhone to retrieve my Notes/Bookmarks from the Mantis server but no Notes/Bookmarks were retrieved. My new iPhone is apparently not "talking" to the Mantis server and restoring my stuff.

Any ideas as to how I can fix this issue?

You need to email us at the support email address (or use the Contact Us page). We need to copy your backup file from your old device to you new one.

I've sent two emails via the Contact Us section but have not heard back from anyone. So I thought I would try this forum.

We finally got your message(s) today. Strange, because we usually get everything right away. I tested the Contact Us page and it worked fine for me right away.

Tech support resolved the Backup issue and everything works just fine now.
