Bread crumbs notes navigation shows Backup instead (not allowing to navigate back)

There are times that the back navigation via the bread crumbs like button does not work - it does not show the parent folder. It shows the Backup button instead... This problem persists even after I restart the app! The only way for me to work around this bug is to create a dummy folder, navigating into this new folder, then the back navigation button becomes normal again... I then edit and delete the dummy folder, then continue on with my Bible study... This is time consuming and frustrating. Please help me resolve. I am using Study Bible version 4.9.21 on iPad mini.
