I just download the nass and i tap the strong numbers - nothing display

When this happens, it usually means you didn't get a full download of the NASS.  You should delete it from the bookshelf and download it again.

To delete it, either swipe your finger over the NASS in the bookshelf and select delete, or click EDIT in the upper right corner of the bookshelf and click the red circle on the NASS line.

thanks it works now but when will the new version nass be released ?

It was released yesterday.  You should have received an email about it.  To get the new version, just delete it from your bookshelf by swiping your finger over it (then click DELETE) and then re-download it.
