Have you considered adding an icon in the 'tools' space that gives users quick access to the day/night reading feature (or as you call it, 'selected color set')?
this would be incredibly useful as i access this feature every morning and every night. ibook and kindle both have this.

This is a good suggestion, except the toolbar is already pretty crowded. We'll see what we can do.

I too thought about the toolbar already being crowded so what if you add an 'adjust toolbars' section to the 'options' part of mantis.
here you'd be able to adjust which 6 icons you want in the toolbar. this then would become a highly adjustable/customizable toolbar where people can adjust their most used features out of all the great features that mantis offers.

if you were to do something like i'm suggesting, i would add one note or a clarification about the day/night feature that i'm requesting:
if this were an icon in the toolbar, it wouldn't just launch you to the 'selected color set' area. this wouldn't be that much better.
it would allow you to change the setting directly in the toolbar. though i really know next to nothing about coding, i would think this could get complicated so i wonder if making it a 'sort-of' on switch, off switch would simplify it.
so for example, maybe it starts with a default setting (that you can now choose). then you tap it once to 'turn on' the secondary setting.

i could go on but i'm sure you get the idea. not sure how realistic it is but i know i'd love to see it or something like it.

Also the possibility of having a customizable tool screen to just show what options are your favorites. Maybe I'm saying develop a favorite options list.

Let me add that when in "Night Reading" mode it would be nice if all of Mantis was in night mode. So if I access "Search" it stays in night mode. Now it goes back to a white screen and blinds me.:crazy:

I just purchased Mantis and one of the first things I noticed is that it needs a quick toggle for night reading mode. It currently takes about 20 clicks to work your way down into the menus, switch modes, and then back out again!

I agree a quick switch would be great. But it only takes me 6 clicks to switch to night mode.

Ok, I guess I exaggerated a little lol... it feels like 20! It takes 6 taps plus one tap and drag!
