Many thanks for Mantis effort to support various versions of Bible!

I understand that Apple Store has some problem in approving Version 4.0, may I ask if it is possible to submit Version 4.1 or 4.2 direct to the Apple Store so that we can use it?

Or, can we explore way to skip Apple Store approval in upgrading the software, e.g. one that is similar to the format of new bible download?

Anyway, thanks for the great support and development!

I wish there was some other way, but unfortunately, Apple will not take another version upload until they've approved 4.0. And the only legal way to get software and updates loaded on your phone is through the App Store. Sorry.

The only option for getting 4.0 now is to purchase one of the versions Apple has approved (NASS, NKJV, MSG, or ESV). Otherwise, it's just a good measure of how patient you can be until Apple releases the free 4.0 update.

Thanks, Can you send email to us once 4.0 and/or 4.1 is approved by Apple? We hope to get this update soon!

Besides, after 4.0 is out, I hope features you developed for 4.1 or 4.2 can be ported immediately to 4.0.... Thousand thanks for this!

I believe it'll show up as an "update" automatically as soon as Apple releases it.

Oh it is another week again.. Hope there is some progress.

BTW, I also sent email to Apple Support. They replied but there is no concrete feedback on the date of the upgrade. Is that an issue between Apple and Mantis? I hope the issues can be solved.

We don't have any issues with Apple, other than the fact that they haven't processed our update yet. We're about ready to submit 4.1 (as soon as it passes the last quality checks by our beta team.)
