The highlight bar occasionally disapears on me. Highlight is still active, but I can't change colors until I turn highlighting off in the tools menu and turn it back on again. I thought it happened after moving bookmarks, but it seems that it also happens at other times.

Which version of Mantis Bible Study are you using?  And can you duplicate this behavior?  It would be very helpful if you could "make" this happen and then tell us exactly what steps you took.

I am using the NASS, but also use the KJV. I just went back into the program again and might see where the highlight bar goes. This time it was in full screen mode and the highlight bar was all the way to the bottom. Usually in full screen mode the highlight bar is moved up a little, I assume to give access to the two lower hot corners.

I toggled out of full screen mode and the highlight bar was gone. I toggled back to full screen and there it was all the way to the bottom. Apparently, it is hiding behind the lower toolbar. I'm not sure what causes it to get placed to the bottom, but I think that's what you need to look for; some place in the programming where the toolbar is placed all the way to the bottom where the lower toolbar belongs. Again, when the toolbar is gone (hiding), it is still active.

I think I have it. At least now it is in a mode where if I exit the program with the highlight bar active, when I open the program again the highlight bar is hidden behind the bottom toolbar. I'm not sure if it was always this way, but I tried exiting the program several times, each time with the highlight bar showing above the bottom toolbar, and when I open the program again, it is hiding but still active. Toggling full screen mode reveals it.

While doing this, one time it also had the blank screen issue. I have an idea on this, but I'll try to duplicate and report on the other thread if I can duplicate it.
